Since 1959 Impresa Edile Magini in Cortona (Arezzo) has been developing a considerable experience and awareness in refurbishing period buildings and protected real property, in renovating old country houses, period villas and houses in historic centres, building new houses, making street paving and carrying out public tender works.
Currently run by architect Igor Michele Magini, this construction company operates successfully in Tuscany and Umbria providing turnkey services, even as general contractor, from architectural design to management, coordination and execution of works on construction sites.
The new website of Impresa Magini will be soon online and will show all the sectors of intervention with detailed explanations of renovation and refurbishment works, construction of new residential and industrial buildings and public tender works carried out in compliance with the new regulations and standards for green construction and energy saving. All the works have been certified by high quality standards such as the CQOP-SOA OG2 and OG3 class V certificate for public works and the OHSAS 18001:2007 certificate for the refurbishment and renovation of protected buildings of historical, cultural and environmental interest, even in the IAF:28 sector for which a "Legality Rating" is attributed to companies by the Italian Competition and Market Guarantor Authority and the "White List" Certification is acknowledged by the Ministry of the Interior and the Prefecture of Arezzo.
There will also be a reserved area with access control through personal username and password that clients can use to follow the updated progress of works on their property and to download files, documents and detailed reports.

Impresa Magini is based in Cortona, within the province of Arezzo, on the border with Umbria. When arriving to Cortona by car, take the Valdichiana exit along the A1 Motorway and then the Cortona exit along the Siena-Bettolle freeway. Those travelling by train are recommended to get off at the Camucia-Cortona station and then take the bus or a taxi to get to the old town.
